Feature:
High initial permeability, large impedance and insertion loss under
low magnetic force, excellent resistance of weak interference,
without resonance insertion loss in wide frequency range.
■ High initial permeability: it is five to twenty times of ferrite.
So it has more insertion loss and inhibitory effect of conduction
interference than ferrite.
■ High Saturation magnetic induction density: it is two to three
times of ferrite. It is difficult to magnetization in the condition
of strong current interference.
■ Excellent temperature stability: high Curie temperature, the
performance change ratio is smaller than ferrite in the condition of
large temperature fluctuation. It also has good stability and
performance change near to linearity.
■ Flexible frequency: the required frequency can be got by adjusting
workmanship flexibly. There are different impedances with different
workmanship and proper turns to meet the requirements of different
wave band filtering. So its impedance value is much higher than
ferrite. |
